  • Adult Jiu-Jitsu at Allegiant
    Our Adult Jiu-Jitsu program is built for everyone—from complete beginners to seasoned grapplers. We train real Jiu-Jitsu here: a balance of modern sport and practical self-defense that works both on the mats and in real life. No pride, no ego—just hard work, smart training, and a community that evolves with the times.

    Classes run Monday through Friday at 6:00 AM (start your day strong) and 6:00 PM (end it even stronger). You’ll get expert instruction, a supportive crew that pushes you without tearing you down, and the kind of growth that goes way beyond technique.

Our Little Cubs program isn’t just about learning cool moves on the mats (though they’ll definitely do that!). It’s about building focus, confidence, respect, and resilience at the age it matters most.

    Through fun, high-energy classes, kids develop coordination, teamwork, and problem-solving skills—all while learning real self-defense in a safe, supportive environment. The best part? They’ll leave each class with smiles, sweat, and a stronger sense of who they are.

    This program is more than martial arts—it’s the foundation for a lifetime of confidence, discipline, and healthy growth. The lessons they learn here follow them everywhere: at home, at school, and in life.

  • Jr & Teens Jiu-Jitsu (Ages 7–13)
    Monday–Friday | 5:00–6:00 PM

    This is where kids level up. Our Jr & Teens program takes the foundations of focus, respect, and teamwork—and turns them into real-world strength, discipline, and confidence. At this stage, students train harder, think sharper, and start realizing just how powerful they can be.

    We blend sport Jiu-Jitsu and practical self-defense so they’re ready for competition, life challenges, or just the curveballs school throws their way. Along the journey, they’ll build resilience, leadership, and the ability to push past limits—skills that matter just as much off the mats as on them.

    Surrounded by positive role models and a supportive team, Jr & Teens don’t just train—they grow into strong, respectful, and confident young adults.
