Frequently asked questions.

Q: What happens after I submit my inquiry?
Once you hit submit, your info doesn’t get lost in cyberspace. A real person (not a robot in a gi) from Allegiant will reach out to chat about your goals—whether that’s getting your kid on the mats, starting your own Jiu-Jitsu journey, or hopping into our fitness classes. We’ll get you the details you need and help you start training. Basically: less waiting, more sweating.

Q: Can I change my inquiry after I send it?
Yep. Life happens. If you signed up your 8-year-old but meant your 10-year-old, or you thought “fitness classes” but actually meant “chokes and arm bars,” just shoot us an email. We’ll fix it—no push-ups required.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
If it swipes, taps, or clicks, we take it. Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Apple Pay, Google Pay—you name it. Sorry, no goats, chickens, or “I’ll pay after I win the UFC” promises.

Q: Do I need experience before joining?
Nope! We love beginners. Everyone starts somewhere, and we’ll make sure you don’t get tossed straight into the deep end. You’ll learn step by step with people just like you.

Q: What should I bring to my first class?
Bring yourself, water, and comfortable workout clothes. If it’s Jiu-Jitsu, we’ll set you up with a loaner gi so you can try it out without looking like you borrowed pajamas from grandma.

Q: Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Not at all. Training here is how you get in shape. We’ll meet you where you’re at, and before you know it, burpees won’t feel like near-death experiences.

Q: Can parents watch their kids train?
Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it. Parents love seeing their kids build confidence, discipline, and ninja-level takedowns. Just don’t coach from the sidelines—we’ve got that part covered.

Q: Do you have contracts?
We’re not into trapping people. We offer flexible membership options—month-to-month, short-term, and longer commitments for the diehards. We’ll help you find what works best for you.

Q: Is it safe?
Yes. Jiu-Jitsu is all about control, not chaos. Our instructors keep things structured, safe, and beginner-friendly. You’ll probably get more bruises from bumping into your coffee table at home.

Q: Can I just try a class first?
Of course. We offer free trial classes so you can jump in, meet the crew, and see what training is really like—zero pressure, maximum fun..
