Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a self-defence martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting, and submission holds. In theses classes you will learn the most effective ways to take ones opponent down to the ground, gain a dominant position, as well as a number of techniques to force them into submission by applying joint locks or chokeholds.

Youth Jiu Jitsu

Functional Fitness
This Class focuses on torso training around the spine from the head to the pelvic floor. It will help you move more efficiently with good biomechanics and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Stretch & Flow Yoga
Our Stretch & Flow Yoga encompasses physical, mental, and spiritual practices. It uses physical posture, breath work, and meditation to improve overall health. All are welcome.
Kickboxing
Kickboxing is a striking class where you will learn everything from the names of basic strikes and kicks, to flashier combinations, and apply them to partner drills and circuit work. All while improving hand-eye coordination, endurance, and cardiovascular health.
All techniques taught can be scaled up or down based on experience. This class is suitable for all fitness and skill levels.
InterFit
This Class focuses on the 6 movements that will build a foundation for your fitness: Push, Pull, Squat, Hinge, Carry, and Crawl.
Participants will preform each movement and rotate through a circuit.
All exercises will be scaled to what the individual is able to preform and is suitable for all fitness levels.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is a training method that uses your body weight or props to build core strength and targeted muscle groups. It is a form of exercise that uses dynamic stretching, gently and effectively to lengthen muscles. All levels welcome.
Zumba
Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.
